My illustration of the rise of Toronto’s new condo developments and their clash with some of the older homes of the city. Is it beneficial growth or destructive chaos?

It was a blast working on such a big detailed piece for the debut issue of West End Phoenix a monthly community newspaper for Toronto’s West End. We didn’t really know the direction the article would take when I first started drawing the condos so we decided to show both sides of the affects of the developments with flowers and pollinators thriving under a backdrop of destructive chaos.
