Each year, Recode and Vox Media host the invitation-only Code Conference, which brings together a global community of the biggest names in the business, executive leaders and startups for networking and in-depth conversations about the current and future impact of digital technology. My 40 portraits were featured in the promotion for this event and projected on screens behind the interviewees themselves. Included were Elon Musk, Sheryl Sandberg, Bill and Melinda Gates, Jeff Bezos, John Podestra, Mark Fields, Sundar Pichai, DeRay Mckesson and many more. These speakers offered viewpoints on topics ranging from human habitation on Mars, to cognitive computing, tech and politics, and the coming product wars.
